Interested in joining the Notice Consulting team?  A few things are required of anyone who works with us:

Expertise -- you have to know how to get things done on the Web, either as a Developer or Product Manager.  Our customers have deployed a wide range of technologies both internally and in their customer-facing web sites.  We love working with reliable people who have done great things on the Web... and we're looking for people who we know our clients can rely upon.

Passion -- you must *live* on the Web, and be an active user of Web 2.0 technologies to work with us.  People who do not follow blogs or know how to set up an RSS feed need not apply.  Our clients come to us to take advantage of the best and most relevant parts of Web 2.0, applied to their business needs.  Simply put, you can't do any of our jobs well without passion and deep knowledge of Web 2.0.

Creativity -- you need the ability to think through problems and find the best way to get something done, no matter how conventional or unconventional the solution may be.  Then you must be able to back up your ideas by selling your concepts to other people and making it happen.  Being able to choose the right path is key to get work done for our clients quickly and effectively.
